FAIRPLAY

This policy explains the definition of Fair Play at fragitrahaksi. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to any incidents of unfair practice and we will take the appropriate action whenever we discover any such cases.
We consider it essential that all activity at fragitrahaksi is conducted in a fair, safe and secure environment. We have dedicated staff, designed procedures and management reporting tools to help us to achieve this goal.
We are committed to making all reasonable efforts to quickly prevent anything that either reduces your enjoyment of our service or that may give another player (or group of players) an unfair advantage over other customers. To protect our customers, anything which gives an unfair advantage is expressly forbidden.

For the purposes of this policy we consider an “unfair advantage” to be any practice carried out by one or more players which puts other customers at a competitive disadvantage. These practices are to some extent as a result of concealment and/or deception outside the normal manner of playing the game and/or helps the guilty player to unfairly play the game beyond their natural ability and skill or otherwise with the help of information (including aural or visual aids) which would or should otherwise not be available to them.
fragitrahaksi has developed a bespoke player ranking system to ensure that our customers can chose themselves whether to compete against players significantly better or worse than them to ensure their enjoyment of our product. Additionally we have for our First Person Shooter games developed the SkillCap system that enables less skilled players to play professionals via a handicap system.

Any attempt by a player or a group of individuals to manipulate our system(s) in any way (including but not limited to intentional bad play, swapping of accounts between players or opening multiple accounts) in order to give any player or group of players an unfair advantage shall be deemed to be an unfair practice on the part of all players involved.
The use of ANY exploits, hacks, cheats, plug-ins, hooks, API´s, altered graphic card drivers (including but not limited to: Client Hooks, OpenGL Hacks, External hacks, Hard Coded hacks and or Exploit Scripts), game modifications (such as altered textures, player models, skins, etc) to play the game for you or to give you an advantage over any normal game installation is also deemed to be an unfair practice.
The above is NOT provided as an exhaustive list of what may constitute an unfair advantage. fragitrahaksi may in its sole discretion interpret and decide what constitutes an unfair advantage based on our review of each situation, provided that the aim is to guarantee fair play amongst all players.

fragitrahaksi has developed an Anti-Cheat System called the ‘Pay-Per-Frag Game Client’ to ensure fair play. We also use the latest anti-cheat software developed by third parties. Additionally we employ direct observation by expert Customer Service Representatives who monitor and record every game on our servers.
Any attempt to make use of unfair practices with the ‘Pay-Per-Frag Game Client’ running on any servers (both ours, others and 3rd party servers) will result in termination of the guilty player's account and forfeiture of all winnings, bonuses and incentives to which they would otherwise be entitled, and may result in civil and/or criminal prosecution.
Please note that all decisions are final and that no correspondence will be entered into. In addition, in order not to provide cheaters with information that may assist them in not being caught, we do not provide proof or evidence to justify our conclusions.
